We offer two separate spaces: a 12-person conference room and a smaller 5-person multi-purpose meeting room as well.
The rental spaces are located at 308 E 1st St Suite B, Tulsa, OK 74120.
Both rental spaces are available for booking by the half day or full day.
No deposit is required to reserve either room.
Guests will receive a 50% refund if cancellation occurs between 30 to 7 days prior to the reservation. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the appointment, no refund will be issued.
Yes, a $20 cleaning service fee is included in the booking fees.
No alcohol or smoking is allowed in the building or rental spaces at any time.
No pets are allowed in the rental space.
Guests will receive one key fob to access the space during office hours.
Yes, there is paid parking located directly across the street from the building’s main entrance.
Yes, security cameras are installed at both the front entrance and the back west-side entrance of the building.
