Our Good Work Meeting and Multi-purpose room is perfect for individuals or teams of 2-5. This meeting space is made to feel like your second home. This multi-purpose meeting space comes furnished with the ability to rearrange depending on use. Rental space includes a dedicated entry point and key-fob access. We encourage our guests to make themselves comfortable and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

What type of spaces do you offer to rent? 

We offer two separate spaces: a 12-person conference room and a smaller 5-person multi-purpose meeting room as well.

Where is your rental space located? 

The rental spaces are located at 308 E 1st St Suite B, Tulsa, OK 74120.

What is the minimum/maximum rental time? 

Both rental spaces are available for booking by the half day or full day.

Is a deposit required to reserve a rental space? 

No deposit is required to reserve either room.

What is your refund or cancellation policy? 

Guests will receive a 50% refund if cancellation occurs between 30 to 7 days prior to the reservation. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the appointment, no refund will be issued.

Is there a cleaning or service fee required? 

Yes, a $20 cleaning service fee is included in the booking fees.

Is alcohol or smoking allowed in the building? 

No alcohol or smoking is allowed in the building or rental spaces at any time.

Are pets allowed in the rental space? 

No pets are allowed in the rental space.

How do I access the space during the day of my rental?

Guests will receive one key fob to access the space during office hours.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, there is paid parking located directly across the street from the building’s main entrance.

Are security cameras or staff present during rental hours?

Yes, security cameras are installed at both the front entrance and the back west-side entrance of the building.
